Assistant Manager at McDonald's Franchise

• Lead the restaurant, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Manage departments and systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and report results to upper management.
• Ensure all crew and managers deliver excellent customer service and comply with sales promotions.
• Organize front counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas for optimal service flow.
• Maintain high food quality and safety standards, enforce food cost controls, and train kitchen staff on production procedures.
• Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew to meet sales and profit objectives.
• Recognize and reward crew performance throughout their tenure.

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player willing to work flexible schedules in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
