Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring every beverage meets Loews' quality standards. Respond to guest questions, offer recommendations, and resolve inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously. Craft and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks and specialty coffees, following recipes and presentation guidelines. Stock and serve light snacks, pastries, and pre-packaged items while maintaining freshness and quality.

Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately, handle cash responsibly, and reconcile the cash drawer. Apply correct pricing and promotional discounts during transactions to ensure accuracy. Monitor inventory levels of coffee, syrups, snacks, and supplies throughout the day, replenishing as needed. Communicate low stock levels to the supervisor for timely reordering. Maintain a clean, organized coffee cart and surrounding area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
