A celebration of Rangers heritage past, present and future, Sports & Social Arlington is a two-level, 30,000 square foot, family-friendly dining and entertainment venue that allows fans unprecedented access to the Texas Rangers. Equipped with skeeball, table tennis, shuffle puck, air hockey, and virtual golf simulators, Sports & Social Arlington serves beer, cocktails, and an eclectic menu of plates for sharing.

• Busser/Runner Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To (summary):
  Provide an energetic, outgoing, fun personality while maintaining professionalism;
  Perform varied duties to ensure all aspects of the proper steps of service;
  Offer polite, professional, and courteous customer service;
  Support serving staff, assisting them in ensuring that all customer needs are met in an expedient, courteous, and professional manner;
  Maintain service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift;
  Clear and clean tables in a timely manner;
  Reset tables according to specifications of location;
  Perform more than one task at a time;
  Communicate effectively with co-workers;
  Communicate with guest clearly, patiently, courteously and with good humor;
  Complete all side work as assigned;
  Maintain a clean and orderly work area to ensure safety;
  Clear all empty tables and set tables for new guests;
  Restock service stations.
• Consolidated and maintained clean work areas and efficient table turnover to support service staff.

• Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties in a way that reflects positively on the venue, the brand and the Company.
• Reading and writing abilities are utilized to answer guest questions regarding the menu.
• Basic mathematical skills are used frequently.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Handling objects (including food and utensils), products, and bussing tubs/trays.
• Standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling; must be able to move about the facility safely and efficiently.
