Jewelers at Helzberg Diamonds are responsible for providing high-quality jewelry repair services to clients in a timely manner, supporting store sales and delivering a five-star shopping experience.

• Contributing to the effective movement of client repairs while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
• Ensuring proper maintenance and accounting of gold stock, findings, and loose stones.
• Managing supply expenses by maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Maximizing the financial return of precious metal recoveries following proper procedures.
• Adhering to safety procedures to reduce accident risks.
• Training store associates on repair policies and procedures to ensure consistency in communication.

• Associate's degree or equivalent, with 2-4 years of related experience or training.
• Advanced knowledge of jeweler's tools, machinery, and jewelry repair.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
