The Grocery Clerk ensures the grocery area runs efficiently and is always welcoming to shoppers. You will be a friendly team player who maintains well-stocked shelves, supports customers with their questions, and helps keep the store clean and organized. Flexibility is key — you'll step into any area as store needs arise.

• Stock, rotate, and organize items on shelves to ensure fresh product availability;
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and helping shoppers locate items throughout the store;
• Receive product deliveries and verify accuracy of all incoming items;
• Maintain clean shelves, racks, and aisles at all times;
• Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in any department to support overall store operations.

El Rancho Supermercado seeks individuals who embody integrity, respect, and collaboration. Requirements include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
• Grocery or produce experience (desirable);
• Customer service experience (desirable).

Successfully performing this role requires the following physical abilities, which may be modified to accommodate individuals with disabilities:

• Walking: Continuously throughout the shift while moving about the store and handling merchandise;
• Standing: Continuously throughout the shift;
