We’re seeking a District Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in and around Dallas, TX, area
. This role is ideal for a technically minded sales professional with experience in analytical instruments or related technologies. If you're passionate about science, sales, and building customer relationships, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets in the region.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through cold calls, customer visits, and opportunity generation.
  • Identify new business prospects while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver product demos and support.
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts with favorable terms.
  • Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally in analytical instruments or technical products.
  • Knowledge of the water analysis industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Sacramento region and nearby areas.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset.
