What You’ll Do - including but not limited to

• Generate new leads through door-to-door marketing, cold calling, and other outbound efforts
• Follow our proven sales process to close high-value painting projects
• Conduct in-home consultations and create accurate, detailed, and timely proposals & work orders.
• Self-generate minimum 50% of leads through various sources
• Collaborate with operations team to hand off accurate work scopes
• Perform follow-ups, network through BNI/Chamber, and canvass
• Represent PAINT CORPS at expos, trade shows, and community events
• Maintain minimum close rates and minimum gross profit
• Ensure exceptional customer service

Compensation & Growth Path Phase 1 – Training / Shadow Period (12 weeks)

$16/hr + commission + bonuses during training

Phase 2 – Commission Structure (Post-Onboarding)

• 8% commission on company-provided leads
• 10% commission on self-generated leads
• Performance bonuses for top results
• Paid vehicle when promoted to full-time sales rep

Earning potential: $70K–$175K+

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Direct to consumer sales experience prefered
• Self-Motivated and able to manage your schedule
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Clear Criminal History – Background check required
• Comfortable with in-person sales, customer service, and objection handling
