About the RoleThe SDR Manager will lead and develop a high‑performing team responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads and generating pipeline for our Account Executives. You’ll build a metrics‑driven SDR function that strengthens our top‑of‑the‑funnel motion, improves lead quality, and delivers a best‑in‑class first impression to every prospect.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who loves coaching, building process, driving accountability, and partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to increase conversion and accelerate growth!
Role Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and motivate the SDR team to exceed individual and team KPIs
- Oversee daily operations including call coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance management
- Ensure timely response to inbound leads within a 2‑business‑hour SLA and consistent outbound execution
- Improve conversion rates across the MQL → SQL → meeting funnel
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and qualification criteria
- Analyze team performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and reinforce strong data hygiene practices
- Build and enhance SDR playbooks, talk tracks, cadences, and onboarding materials
- Collaborate with AEs to ensure smooth lead handoffs and alignment across the sales motion
- Conduct regular coaching, 1:1s, and team huddles to develop skills and support career growth
- Hire, train, and develop new SDRs as the team scales
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- 3+ years in Sales Development or Inside Sales with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success managing a metrics‑driven SDR team with strong conversion outcomes
- Experience coaching SDRs on outbound prospecting, objection handling, discovery, and qualification
- Excellent communication, listening, and coaching skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred), sales engagement tools, and Google Suite
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues and improve processes
- High energy, proactive, and able to create clarity and structure
- Experience in the signage industry is a plus
- General technology proficiency and the ability to learn Cirrus’ product suite
- Consistent achievement of SQL, meeting, and conversion targets
- High‑quality lead qualification that builds AE trust and supports revenue growth
- Improved funnel performance through optimized processes and strong coaching
