RoleAccount Management / Account Director
Responsibilities- Create strategic roadmap to drive growth within the account/portfolio and execute that plan to drive incremental revenue.
- Manage customer negotiations, drive pricing discussions, and lead proposal creation and presentation.
- Engage with horizontal and solution teams to proactively identify improvement/opportunity areas and sell cross business‑unit solutions.
- Expand HCL’s footprint by coming up with creative solutions that help solve business problems.
- Own account operations: SOWs, billing, third‑party contracts and renewals, ensuring high DSO with a focus on revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Own the strategic agenda and create & manage executive‑level connections between the customer and HCL executive teams.
- 18+ years of experience selling and leading complex transformation programs.
- Proven record of scaling revenues consistently and year‑over‑year growth.
- Experience selling Digital, Application, IoT, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Cloud products & services.
- Hands‑on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
- Strong relationship building with C‑level client contacts.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple activities in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Account financial management, lead generation and ensuring CSAT.
- Experience managing existing client relationships, owning existing services and building a diverse portfolio through the opportunity management cycle.
