We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who loves building relationships, helping customers find the right vehicle, and driving sales through trust and genuine care. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for serving others, and a desire to succeed in a high-energy environment, this is the place for you!

Greet and engage customers, building rapport and understanding their vehicle needs.

Guide customers through the car-buying process with a consultative, no-pressure approach.

Conduct test drives and highlight key vehicle features to enhance the buying experience.

Stay informed about inventory, financing options, and promotions.

Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to build lasting relationships.

Negotiate pricing and financing to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and professional showroom and lot environment.

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-tier customer service.

Previous experience in automotive sales (preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person!).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs.

Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus).

Bilingual in English & Spanish is a huge plus!

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
