Sales Development Representative; SDR – Staffing Industry

MMC Group is expanding! We’re looking for a driven, coachable, metrics-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2–4 years of staffing industry sales experience to help accelerate our business development efforts.

Location:

Dallas-Fort Worth (onsite). Perfect for a high‑activity environment, loves prospecting, and a clear path into an Account Executive role.

Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr

Additional compensation:
Annual Bonus and Commission

• Prospect into target accounts via phone, email, and Linked In
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings
• Build pipeline for the sales team and help drive revenue
• Research prospects and tailor outreach for better conversion
• Consistently hit KPIs: calls, connects, meetings set, SQLs
• Maintain top‑tier CRM accuracy
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to refine messaging
• Participate in role plays, trainings, and ongoing development

• 2–4 years SDR/BD experience in staffing industry
• Strong outbound prospecting skills
• High‑volume outreach comfort (calls, emails, sequences)
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through
• Driven, coachable, professional, and eager to grow
