Sales Representative – Warehouse Automation

The Sales Representative role is a field‑based position focused on driving market expansion and new business growth within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated sales professional who thrives in complex, technical sales environments and enjoys building relationships across multiple levels of customer organizations. You will work closely with end users, integrators, consultants, and internal engineering teams to identify automation opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and manage long sales cycles from discovery through close.

Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive new business growth and expand market presence for warehouse automation solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, integrators, and consultants through proactive outreach and on‑site engagement.
  • Lead discovery meetings, operational assessments, and solution discussions to identify high‑value automation opportunities and deliver consultative, solution‑based selling.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience selling complex technical or capital equipment solutions, ideally within warehouse automation, material handling, or related industrial environments.
  • Strong operational or technical aptitude, with the ability to understand fulfillment processes and communicate solution value clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites, industry events, and regional meetings, while independently managing a sales territory and pipeline.
