- Develop and execute Strategic Account Management Plans (SAMPs) to identify growth opportunities
Manage pricing strategy, negotiations, and contract management across multiple divisions - Build and sustain executive relationships within customer organizations to support long-term objectives
- Analyze customer demand and market data to inform strategic decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent required
- Minimum of 10 years of commercial and/or technical sales experience; marketing experience preferred
- Proven solution-selling and executive communication skills
- Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and analytical capabilities
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex organizational structures
- Familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology for customer engagement
- Ability to influence product development and scalability through customer insights
