Job Summary
Goosehead Insurance is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Enterprise Sales Agent. The focus is to give quotes, close leads, and retain relationships while advising clients on policy benefits and tailoring insurance packages to meet specific needs.
Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Enterprise Sales Agent works in an inside sales environment handling inbound and outbound calls, tracking client data through Salesforce CRM, and engaging with pre-qualified prospects. The platform provides a consistent flow of qualified leads to build a book of business.
Experience and Education- General Lines License (Preferred)
- Legally authorized to work the United States

Base salary $50,000 plus a highly competitive commission structure. Compensation can be discussed further with the hiring manager upon an offer of employment.
