Position: Account Executive - Texas Sports Academy (Alpha School Network)

About Texas Sports Academy & Alpha School

Texas Sports Academy is the elite sports branch of Alpha School — the groundbreaking “Stanford of K-12” that enables students to learn twice as much in half the time through an AI-powered 2-Hour Learning model.

Founded in 2014 by Stanford psychology graduate Mac Kenzie Price, Alpha has expanded rapidly with innovative programs including Alpha High School, GT School for gifted learners, Next Gen Academy for gaming, and now Texas Sports Academy for athletics. The Alpha model has been featured on The Today Show, NBC News, The New York Times, Fox News, Forbes, and top podcasts such as The Peter Attia Drive, Modern Wisdom, Invest Like the Best, and No Priors.

Alpha students consistently achieve top 1% nationwide results by completing core academics in just two hours each morning. This frees afternoons for life skills and specialized training — including sports development through Texas Sports Academy.

Texas Sports Academy is now building the infrastructure to let coaches across Texas launch their own sports-focused schools. By combining Alpha’s 2-Hour Learning model with world-class athletics, we’re redefining middle and high-school education.

Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with coaches and parents across a variety of sports
  • Connect with qualified leads and guide them from initial interest to signed partnership
  • Conduct virtual presentations to explain the Texas Sports Academy model and benefits
  • Support coaches through the full setup process — from first conversation to academy launch
  • Close parents (that are strong fits) on joining our schools as founding families
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Athletic background strongly preferred (former college/pro athlete, coach, or trainer)
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms to manage pipeline and follow-ups
  • Excellent digital communication skills over email, text, and slack
  • Based in Texas (Dallas–Fort Worth preferred)
Compensation
  • Commensurate with experience, base + commission
