- Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000
- Commission: 10% of new revenue (uncapped)

NSTCS is a safety consulting and training provider specializing in OSHA compliance, workplace safety programs, and on-site safety services. We partner with construction, industrial, and commercial clients to strengthen safety culture, reduce risk, and meet regulatory requirements.
We are expanding our presence in the Dallas–Fort Worth market and are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to grow our client base and drive long‑term revenue.
Position OverviewThis is a consultative B2B sales role responsible for prospecting, closing, and onboarding new clients in the DFW area. You will sell safety training, compliance programs, site inspections, and ongoing consulting services to construction and industrial organizations.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys relationship‑driven selling, owns their territory, and wants uncapped earning potential in a high‑demand, compliance‑driven industry.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and generate new business through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and industry events
- Conduct discovery meetings to identify client safety risks and compliance needs
- Present NSTCS service packages and customized solutions to decision‑makers
- Prepare proposals using company‑approved pricing and templates
Close new business and coordinate onboarding with Operations and Safety teams - Maintain relationships for upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities
- Accurately track all sales activity in (CRM)
- Base salary paid bi‑weekly
- 10% commission on all new revenue generated
- Commissions are uncapped
- Commissions are paid after client payment is received
- For recurring or annual contracts, commissions are paid monthly while the client remains active
- If a client cancels or stops paying, commission payments stop accordingly
- First‑year realistic earnings: $90,000–$110,000
- Established performers: $120,000–$130,000+
- No commission cap or territory cap
- Proven success in B2B sales (construction, industrial services, compliance, training, or consulting preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable selling services with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Self‑motivated, organized, and accountable
- Ability to explain technical services in a clear, business‑focused manner
- CRM experience preferred ( a plus)
- High‑demand, recession‑resistant industry (OSHA & compliance‑driven)
- Strong operational and technical support from Safety and Risk teams
- Established service offerings with recurring revenue potential
- Autonomy to build and own the Dallas market
