Sales Consultant

Living Gems are on the hunt for a positive and confident individual to join our team at Harris Crossing as a Sales Consultant.

You’ll be the go‑to person and trusted advisor for our over-50s clients, helping them discover their dream lifestyle where every day feels like a luxury holiday. High spec homes and 5-star community facilities, nestled within a secure and gated community – the product almost sells itself!

• Reviewing your prequalified pipeline - focus your energy on warm and hot leads
• Guiding future homeowners through their journey with understanding and confidence
• Updating the CRM and staying ahead of the game - no detail slips past you
• Building relationships with the construction crew so you can update your contract holders
• Managing contracts, tracking variations, and keeping the backend tidy
• Able to share the workload on Saturdays (and having Monday off of course!)

• Reads the room and isn’t afraid to confidently push a little further when the time is right
• Is self-motivated, outgoing and confident talking to people on the phone and face‑to‑face
• Isn’t afraid of a little rejection (we’ve all been there!)
• Enjoys the challenge of connecting with new customers
• Is across the detail but doesn’t get bogged down by it
• Comfortable talking with tradies and clients
• Is comfortable to provide feedback to head office – what’s working, what’s not, and ideas for improvement
