Key Account Manager

Role Description

• Develop and expand retailer relationships to increase sales.
• Create account business plans, establish annual sales goals, and prepare quarterly forecasts.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional programs.
• Partner with retailers on product assortments that meet their needs and market trends.
• Analyze sales performance, profitability, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to support customer programs.
• Lead product presentations and business reviews and attend customer meetings and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of sales experience, including at least three years managing key accounts in the furniture, home décor, or gift industry.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with sales forecasting, financial analysis, and retail merchandising strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;
  Net Suite experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and travel as needed.
