We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to enhance our sales efforts and help drive our business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills while working in a supportive team environment. You will engage with potential clients, nurture leads, and play a critical role in our real estate investment ventures.

• Negotiate and close deals using leads in our CRM (Follow Up Boss ).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Evaluate real estate and mineral rights opportunities for maximum profitability.
• Represent Rising Phoenix at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions in the CRM.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, oil and gas or similar industries.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfortable dealing with objections.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Results-driven with a passion for sales success.
• Must complete Job Fit Assessment for consideration.

• Competitive Pay: $48k base salary with commissions, offering total compensation of $100k–$150k.
