I’m partnered with a fast-growing healthcare tech company that’s transforming how staffing works for nursing homes, rehab centers, and assisted living facilities. They’re looking to hire a true full-cycle Account Executive to drive net-new business across the Texas market!
What You’ll Do:- Own the full sales cycle (prospecting → demo → close)
- Build your own pipeline through outbound efforts
- Sell a highly relevant, ROI-driven solution into healthcare operators
- Close a mix of quick-turn and mid-market deals
- 1st Year $130K–$150K OTE (uncapped, paid monthly)
- Short sales cycles + fast wins
- High-growth environment with strong leadership investment
- Tons of open territory / whitespace
- 3+ years B2B full-cycle sales experience
- Strong hunter mentality + outbound activity
- Experience selling SaaS or tech-enabled solutions
