This role is responsible for driving net-new client acquisition and building long-term enterprise partnerships on behalf of the organization, reporting directly to executive leadership.

• Drive net-new client acquisition across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB accounts.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, high-volume prospecting, and strategic relationship development.
• Engage C-suite executives and key decision-makers, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and VPs of Product.
• Navigate complex sales cycles, partner with technical teams, and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
• Build and maintain client relationships from initial outreach through onboarding and long-term partnership.

• Proven track record of winning net-new business in a hunter sales role.
• Experience engaging senior executives and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and generate momentum independently.
• High standard of personal accountability, ownership, and execution.

• Experience selling staffing or workforce solutions to enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with technology-focused buyer personas, including CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
• Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating with executive leadership.
