Account Executive; Former Athletes & Veterans

We are seeking a driven, strategic, and coachable sales professional to join a high-growth organization as an Account Executive. This role is ideal for former athletes and veterans with B2B sales experience who are ready to own client relationships, drive revenue, and influence go-to-market outcomes.

As an AE, you will play a critical role in managing a portfolio of accounts, developing new business opportunities, and delivering results that directly impact company growth. You’ll also be a key partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, helping shape strategy, optimize outreach, and deliver value to clients in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Own the full sales cycle, driving revenue growth from initial outbound prospecting to closed-won deals.
• Build & manage strong client relationships, deeply understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate a qualified, robust pipeline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to align strategy, messaging, and targeting.
• Track, manage, and analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach results.
• Provide market and client insights to inform company strategy and product positioning.

• Former college, professional, or Olympic athlete, or military veteran.
• 2+ years of B2B/SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of full-cycle closing
• Exceptional work ethic with the ability to perform under pressure and manage a pipeline with high autonomy.
• Highly coachable with a growth mindset and a competitive, "hunter" mentality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence navigating conversations with key decision-makers.
