iidon Security Associates is currently seeking experienced Security Account Manager for high rise buildings in the Dallas area. This individual must have a proven successful track record as a Security Account Manager of at least 5 years. This is a key role that will lead the security department by example with a positive, professional and motivating approach. This position requires a strong leader with an outgoing personality, polished communications skills, and a presentable demeanor.

Job Purpose:

Secure enterprise information by designing, implementing, and enforcing security controls, safeguards, policies, and procedures; managing staff.

Duties:

• Understanding and interpreting Organization policies and procedures and act as liaison between the Clients and the Organization, also between employees, Supervisors, and the Operations Manager.
• Overseeing all shift schedules inside and outside of the regular work schedules, i.e., overtime, shifts coverage, etc. (It may be necessary for a Security Manager to cover a shift.)
• Briefing the Operations Manager and President of all projects and unusual occurrences on a daily basis.
• Acting in accordance to policy and procedure or utilize discretionary authority during the Operations Manager’s absence or during crisis or unique situations.
• Assist and inspect Supervisors with the training of all staff assigned to their accounts, which also includes qualification testing. (It may be necessary for a Security Manager to help train on a shift.)
• Reconciliation of payroll, which includes editing, reviewing and approving all hours’ work on your assigned properties.
• Assisting the Operations Manager with interviewing all potential Security Associate candidates for any openings for your accounts.
• Working in conjunction with the Operations Manager with the placement, reassignment and / or termination of Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors and Security Associates. And also in any paperwork which would need to be generated due to these actions.
• The inspection of uniforms, appearance of all staff assigned to their accounts.
• The responsibility and level of authority for the Security Manager may not be restricted to those responsibilities listed in the Job Description, as they may not be all inclusive.
