Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer - Retail Patrol in Arlington, TX
, you will monitor and patrol retail locations to help deter security‑related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere for all. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a secure environment, and provide outstanding customer service.

Mon 04:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Tue 04:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Wed 04:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Thu 04:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Fri 04:30 PM - 11:30 PM
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, utilizing established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or security‑related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and assisting with access control as needed.
- Maintain thorough documentation and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
- Collaborate with location staff and/or law enforcement as needed to address incidents and maintain a secure environment for all patrons and employees.
- Loss prevention experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
