• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• 1+ years of experience in a lead or senior installer role
• Experience installing light commercial equipment up to 15 tons
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems
• EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proficient with HVAC installation tools and equipment
• Proficient in ductwork layout, fabrication, modifications, and system air balancing
• Skilled in brazing, line‑set installation, refrigerant charging, evacuation, and start‑up procedures
• Strong understanding of codes, safety standards, and manufacturer installation guidelines
• Ability to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills with customers, team members, and office staff
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, load calculations, wiring diagrams, and installation specs
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, access attics, crawl spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to diagnose installation‑related issues
• Committed to mentoring and guiding junior installers and apprentices
