The Service Technician should be proficient in diagnosing and maintaining all areas of repair, including specialized areas of repair for Nissan vehicles.

• Inspect malfunctioning equipment and accurately diagnose mechanical issues. Devise a repair plan, secure the necessary components with the Parts Department, and collaborate with management and other technicians to confirm efficient and effective service.
• Install new equipment or systems and perform routine maintenance to guarantee optimal performance of the customer's vehicles.
• Assist customers to understand their needs, explain diagnoses, and provide solutions to ensure service satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Document the repair and maintenance work performed, noting concerns encountered and creating a detailed service report.

• Ability to comprehend and interpret documentation; communicate effectively
• Strong understanding and knowledge of vehicle mechanics, equipment and systems, and technology operations
• Certifications, Licenses, and local registrations are essential
