Responsibilities- Perform basic locksmith tasks such as repairing and replacing lever sets, panic bars, closers, and lock picking.
- Re‑key cylinders and cores; cut keys based on code.
- Install and repair access control hardware including electric strikes, automatic operators, electrified locks, and magnetic locks.
- Respond to emergency work orders, which may involve after‑hours, weekend, and holiday calls.
- Read and interpret instructions, floor plans, diagrams, and schematics.
- Fulfill customer‑specific requirements such as IVR procedures, capturing pictures, and managing check‑in/check‑out processes.
- Diagnose field issues and communicate necessary product replacements or repairs.
- At least 3 years of experience in locksmithing and/or access control.
- Proficiency in using computers and mobile devices for data entry and communications.
- Clean driving record without restrictions.
- Familiarity with life safety, fire codes, and ADA requirements.
- AAADM certification.
- Experience in hollow‑metal door and frame installation and service.
- Experience in safe and ATM service.
- Experience in aluminum storefront installation and repair.
