As an HVAC Warehouse Associate - Parts Runner, you will receive and organize HVAC parts, equipment, and materials, ensuring everything is stocked and accounted for through both computer systems and manual tracking. You will perform regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and stay ahead by planning for commonly used parts to be readily available. Your mornings may start with pulling and staging parts for our service and installation crews, followed by delivering or picking up essential materials around the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Communication will be key as you coordinate with technicians, dispatch, and management about parts availability. Throughout the day, you will help keep our warehouse, vehicles, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe, while assisting with loading and unloading deliveries. You'll follow all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation from start to finish.

You will work a consistent, full-time schedule,
Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
. Occasional overtime may be needed to ensure our teams are always prepared and supplied.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment, tools, and materials
• Proficiency in manual (pen and paper) inventory methods
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn scheduling software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Dependability with a track record of excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to plan ahead and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work overtime
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds

HVAC warehouse or parts room experience is a plus!
