As a Garage Door Service Technician, you will install, repair, and maintain garage doors, handle all materials for each job, and guide customers toward upgrades that improve safety, convenience, and style. You will own your route, deliver exceptional service, and make a real impact every day.

- Travel across North Texas to install, service, and repair garage door systems
- Load, unload, and handle materials for each job
- Meet with clients, provide estimates, and deliver solutions
- Install sectional doors and high‑lift operators
- Troubleshoot and repair service issues independently
- Coordinate with dispatch, project managers, and clients
- Assist with residential installs as needed
- Contribute ideas to grow the commercial division
- 1–2 years of experience in installation, construction, or home services
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and carry it 50 feet
- 2+ years of garage door installation experience
- Experience leading commercial crews or managing projects
- Knowledge of door specifications, take‑offs, and quoting commercial jobs
- OSHA 10/30 or equivalent safety certification
- Comfort with technology and Service Titan experience (or willingness to learn)
- Familiarity with garage door products and services
