Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment or products (Pumps, Metering Pumps). This position requires technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair faulty equipment or devices.
  • Disassemble units and replace, adjust, or repair parts.
  • Document work performed, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
  • Communicate with customers or internal teams about repair status and recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
  • Keep up-to-date with new products and repair techniques.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Repair Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong mechanical and/or electronic troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and manuals.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment (if applicable).
Preferred Skills
  • Certification in relevant trade or technical field (e.g., CompTIA A+, HVAC certification, ASE certification).
  • Experience with inventory management systems and repair ticketing software.
  • Experience in Profit 21 a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license (if field work is involved).
  • Workshop, warehouse, or field setting depending on the role.
  • May involve exposure to noise, dust, and heavy equipment.
