• Assist in the installation and repair of piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems in commercial properties
• Learn to read and accurately interpret plumbing blueprints, schematics, and building codes to understand project layouts and specifications.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as all relevant local, state, and federal safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites
• Learn to use plumbing tools and equipment correctly and efficiently
• Attend training sessions and complete any required apprenticeship coursework

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plumbing skills
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various positions (climbing, kneeling, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
