As an Insulation helper, you will be partnered with an Insulation Mechanic to learn all the skills of a Commercial and Industrial Insulation installer. You will be taught how to install insulation on HVAC ducts, pipes, equipment, plumbing systems, and industrial piping.

There are plenty of opportunities to advance to roles such as Insulation Mechanic, Foreman, General Foreman, and Superintendent. The insulation trade offers significant growth potential and job security, especially with ongoing construction across the US.

• No experience needed; training provided.
• Experience installing materials like Duct Wrap, Duct Board, Fiberglass Pipe Covering, Armaflex, Foam glass, Phenolic, Urethane insulation, PVC or Aluminum jacketing is a plus.
• Must work well with others.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a drug test required.
• Must have your own tools (tool belt, tape measure, hand tools, etc.).
