Knightvest Residential is seeking a Make Ready Technician for our Arlington property to ensure interiors meet our standards and are move-in ready. You will work with the Service Manager to complete tasks, support the maintenance team, and deliver a welcoming home for new residents.
Candidates should have hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair, own their tools, and be able to read, write, and speak English. On-call availability may be required.
