The Archway is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to lead the Client Service Center in our Texas shelter program. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure compassionate support for clients and callers.
You will work closely with the Hotline Coordinator, manage referrals, and prepare monthly reports while safeguarding confidential information. A Bachelor's degree or 5 years related experience plus supervisory background are required;
Spanish helpful.
