The Operations Improvement and Reorganization (OIR) Technical Lead will coordinate with internal teams:
Business Analysts, Software Engineers, IT engineers and other business units to review and analyze the technical aspects of the requirements, along with deliverables, to develop detailed documentation surrounding technical functional requirements.

• Liaising with the software engineering team for the project life cycle
• Developing and assigning work schedules/tasks via Jira system.
• Coordinating and discussing with the software development team in addressing technical issue
• Aid and provide technical feedback when planning and executing projects with the Software Engineers
• Need to be able to provide technical direction.
• Create and modify Technical Functional/Design documentation.
• Training software engineers to improve coding and design concepts.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
• Create milestone and assign tasks via Jira for the Software Engineers

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or any related field
• A certification in Project Management Professional is desirable.
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or similar role with Software Development
• 3+ years of interacting SQL Queries with Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and/or Postgre
  
  SQL Database(s).
• 3+ years of interacting with Gitlab or Git Hub source code management system to perform code review.
• Excellent knowledge of programming languages like Python
• Knowledge of Jira ticketing
• Experience with Agile, Scrum
• Working experience with LINUX/UNIX environment and shell scripts
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skill with the ability to handle multiple projects and work-streams simultaneously.
• Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills
• Financial Industry / Fintech experience, a plus.
