Sr Software Engineer

Job Overview

In this role, you will help drive the evolution of a modern web platform by partnering closely with design and product teams to deliver polished, user‑centric features. The position is firmly focused on frontend development, with an emphasis on building high‑quality interfaces and integrating with existing backend APIs to support end‑to‑end product functionality.

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend components using React or Svelte
• Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces aligned with modern UX and accessibility best practices
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs in collaboration with backend engineering teams
• Optimize frontend performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and frontend quality initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI bugs, usability issues, and performance concerns
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, patterns, and standards
• Mentor junior engineers on frontend best practices and tooling
• Work onsite in Dallas, TX alongside a collaborative engineering team

• 5+ years of experience building single‑page applications using React
  , Svelte
  , Ember.js
  , or similar frameworks
• Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with backend concepts and data models to effectively collaborate with backend teams
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization
• Experience working in agile, cross‑functional development environments
• Passion for clean, maintainable code and delivering high‑quality user experiences
