Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Football Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our high‑performance team at D1 TRAINING in Arlington, TX. This role focuses on designing and delivering strength, conditioning, and performance programs for athletes ranging from youth to adult ages, with emphasis on coaching alongside high school and collegiate football teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and provide customized personal training programs for individual clients and small groups
  • Implement training programs for youth small groups and teams as assigned
  • Ensure safe and effective use of equipment
  • Motivate and build positive relationships with clients and facility members
  • Participate in ongoing personal training growth opportunities and programs
  • Obtain and maintain required certificates and licenses
  • Perform various other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • MUST: CSCS, SCCC, NASM, ISSA, or CPT certification required
  • Athletic/football background
  • 1+ year of coaching experience
  • Belief that they can be the best coach on staff
  • Extensive knowledge of Strength & Conditioning
  • Ability to program for 1-on-1 clients
  • Positive and energetic personality with a “can do” attitude
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree from an accredited university (Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, or related field)
  • Existing relationships with schools, coaches, and sports teams in the local community
  • Experience in group, 1:1, small group, and team training settings
Key Skills Required For Position

  • Coach: able to step in on day 1 and work with any client, all ages, and skill levels, with humility and no ego
  • Team Player: coach 1‑on‑1, group classes, and semi‑privates; work collaboratively with colleagues
Schedule

Flexible availability throughout the week, including nights and weekends, and at least 10‑15 hours per week.

Compensation

$20‑$40 per hour.
