Location: Inside LA Fitness Arlington: 5331 W Sublett Rd and Inside LA Fitness Grand Prairie: 2803 West Interstate Highway 20

  • LAF Arlington shifts:
    Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 4pm - 8:30pm;
    Saturday 10:30am - 2:30pm
  • LAF Grand Prairie shifts:
    Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 3pm - 9pm;
    Saturday 8:30am - 2pm

At British Swim School, we do more than teach swim lessons—we create a safe, energetic environment where kids learn while having fun.

• Teach swim lessons to children (3 months and older) and adults using our fun, gentle, and progressive methods
• Engage with students, parents, and team members to create a positive experience
• Maintain safety standards and ensure class participation is exciting and effective
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• High school diploma (or in progress)
• Energetic, enthusiastic personality who loves working with kids and families
• Comfortable in water (strong swimming skills are a plus, but we will train you)
• Reliable and eager to learn – Must complete all required training
• Previous experience with children or customer service is a plus, but not required

• Lifeguard, CPR, or AED certifications (can be obtained during training)
• One or more years of swimming experience or teaching children

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary‑aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It’s helpful if you have experience with children or in a child‑focused job, but it’s not required if you can show the right attitude.

The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.

We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you’re not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are, the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the “Survival of the Littlest.”
