This Volleyball Performance Coach should have the ability to step in on day 1 and work with any client we assign. D1 Coaches train scholastic athletes ages 6-18 and adult athletes ages 18-80. D1 coaches lead team training for high school select and collegiate teams. D1 coaches also provide 1-on-1 and small group training for adult, scholastic, and professional athletes.

Note:
Only apply if you meet our minimum qualifications. We are seeking a Volleyball Strength and Conditioning Performance Specialist, not a Volleyball Team Coach.
Qualifications:
- MUST: CSCS, SCCC, NASM, ISSA, or CPT certification
- Athletic/Volleyball background
- At least 1 year of coaching experience
- Belief in being the best coach on staff
- Extensive strength & conditioning knowledge
- Ability to program for 1-on-1 clients
- Positive, energetic, 'can do' attitude
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, or related field
- Local community connections, relationships with schools, coaches, and sports teams
- Experience in group, 1:1, small group, and team training settings
Key Skills:
- Character: Must exemplify world-class character and align with our core values. Be ready to work hard, have fun, and bring high energy daily.
- Coaching Ability: Able to work with diverse athletes from young children to NFL players from day 1, without ego, and with a love for coaching all levels.
- Team Player: Willing to coach all members regardless of age or skill level, including 1-on-1, group classes, and semi-privates.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating personalized training programs
- Implementing programs for youth and teams
- Ensuring safety and proper equipment use
- Building positive client relationships
- Participating in professional growth
- Maintaining certifications and licenses
- Additional duties as assigned
A Day in the Life:
- Start energized, arrive at our state-of-the-art facility, and prepare for a day of coaching athletes of all levels.
- Work with clients, from beginners to advanced athletes, providing top-quality training.
- Conclude with feedback from clients and reflect on your impact.
Schedule: Flexible, including nights and weekends, with 10-15 hours weekly.
Compensation: $20-$40/hour.
