Class B Hazmat Driver

Overview

Daniels Health and MCF Environmental Services partner to provide safe medical waste disposal services. We are hiring an enthusiastic, customer-focused driver who can operate a 26ft box truck across the Arlington, TX area. The role offers autonomy, stable hours, opportunity for overtime, and comprehensive benefits.

• Safely collect, deliver, and store medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Provide strong customer service and build positive relationships with healthcare customers.
• Operate a 26ft box truck in a safe and efficient manner.
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate changes or challenges.
• Load and unload, and prioritize truck organization per schedule and needs.
• Manage assigned routes and ensure customers are serviced per leadership direction.
• Comply with DOT regulations, log hours, and conduct roadside inspections.
• Lift 55 lbs and push a 4‑wheel cart that weighs up to 200 lbs.
• Manage routes and ensure customers are serviced accordingly.
• Routes are based out of the MCF Arlington TX 10‑day facility. Expect to be overnight 8–12 nights per month. Home on weekends.
• Hotel and meal allowance covered by company ($30 per day to cover food expenses).
• Initial 4‑week training will take place at our Ellenwood GA facility and our Kentucky 10‑day facility.

• Class B CDL and Hazmat required.
• Delivery experience with manual handling (advantageous, not mandatory).
• Willingness to work full‑time hours (approx. 40 hrs/week).
• Experience with pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle evaluations.
• Clean driving record.
• Flexible, can‑do attitude with strong customer focus.
• Experience operating 26ft box trucks safely.
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections, and shipping hazardous/industrial waste. 10‑day operations knowledge is a plus.
• Confident in a road check level 1 through level 3.
• On‑time delivery practices.
