We are looking for a dependable Transport Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide resident care and safely transport residents to appointments, therapy, and other designated locations.

• Assist residents with daily care needs, mobility, transfers, and comfort.
• Safely transport residents to appointments, therapy, treatment areas, and other locations.
• Secure wheelchairs, walkers, and mobility equipment during transport.
• Observe and report resident changes, concerns, delays, or incidents to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate care and transportation documentation.
• Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, traffic laws, infection control standards, and confidentiality requirements.

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, transfer, reposition, and transport residents safely.
• Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Previous long-term care or healthcare transportation experience preferred.
