Day Crew Selector at Mr Greens Produce

Seeking Experienced Selectors for Day Shift in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Area!

Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately‑owned produce distributors in Texas. With deliveries 365‑days a year, 7‑days a week, and multiple runs per day, we set the gold standard for service. Our clients include restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores, and retail outlets.

Mr. Greens is looking for highly motivated and dedicated selectors who can work individually selecting full‑case grocery, frozen, and/or perishable products from warehouse pick slots using a pallet jack or other equipment. You will then fit the items on a pallet, plastic wrap the bundles, transport pallets to a shipping dock, and in some cases, load them onto a truck for delivery to customers.

All employees are expected to make safety their top priority.

• Perform general physical activities: load, unload, sort and move products and materials by hand or using basic material‑handling equipment.
• Perform tasks in multi‑temperature environments.
• Select merchandise for shipment and stack on pallet neatly by using a pallet jack or forklift.
• Use a pick sheet to find out individual items inside the warehouse.
• Break down and restack merchandise from pallets.
• Verify the quantity of the products.
• Ensure items are picked accurately and safely to prevent damage.
• Keep the warehouse tidy by picking up scrap wood, paper, plastic wrappers, and broken pallets.
• Maintain a food‑safe environment.
• Report any damaged equipment to the shift supervisor or maintenance staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Required to be punctual.
• At least 1 year forklift/pallet jack experience.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Available to work on weekends.
• Schedule:
  
  7:00 am – 3:00 pm.

• Frequent walking, kneeling, standing, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and lifting 50 + lbs.
