Position:Material Handler II – Arlington, TX Distribution Center
This full‑time role (40 hours per week) operates Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. The position does not include weekends or holidays. Paid time off provides 18 days in the first year, and Imperial offers Day 1 benefits (medical, dental, vision), six paid holidays, and a 6 % 401(k) contribution with immediate vesting.
Working onsite in Arlington, TX, you will safely and accurately pick orders, cycle count, and use powered industrial equipment. The position also includes packaging, labeling, and inventory tasks.
Responsibilities- Package inbound material using a package labeling system, printers, automated equipment, scales, tape guns, mechanical staplers, and shrink wrapping.
- Document packaging activity with radio‑frequency scanners and keyboard data entry.
- Maintain stock of packaging supplies at packaging stations.
- Pick orders, perform cart put‑away, and assist with inventory counting using powered industrial equipment and scanning technology.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lb and spend most of the time standing and walking in a warehouse environment.
- High‑school diploma or GED equivalent.
- One year of general knowledge of distribution or manufacturing operations.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb and stand/walk for extended periods.
