Hours:

8:00am to 5:00pm, Mon-Fri

Under the direction of the RMA Coordinator, the Return Product Processor will support the RMA team in various tasks, including:

• Supporting existing accounts by accurately identifying returned products, entering data into the ERP system, organizing returned materials in the warehouse, and routing items to the appropriate work center.
• Investigating discrepancies, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with supervisors and upper management.
• Managing paperwork, reports, logs, and records diligently.
• Completing assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Following up on work, providing updates, and maintaining detailed notes.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to differentiate between similar items and count accurately.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control procedures.
• Ability to research, analyze data, and understand work instructions.
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially in Excel or databases, is a plus.
• Ability to operate job-related equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Good written, verbal, and telephone communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing workflows.
• Positive attitude, quick learner, and team-oriented mindset.
• Physically fit, able to frequently bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and read small print or differentiate colors accurately.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision.
• Empathetic communication skills to guide and instruct effectively.

• Must be able to operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
