Tellworks Logistics, a leading provider of warehousing and supply chain solutions, is seeking experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join our team at our National Distribution Center in Arlington, Texas.

• Pick, pull, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards.
• Ability to meet applicable company and legally required background screening, clearance, and drug testing requirements.
• Previous experience operating stand-up reach forklift required.

• Safely and efficiently operate stand-up Raymond reach forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Pick, pull, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Accurately label, organize, and consolidate products.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Place cartons and products on pallets or in designated storage and staging areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards.

• Previous experience operating stand-up reach forklift required.
• Experience with warehouse operations, order picking, and material handling preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to meet applicable company and legally required background screening, clearance, and drug testing requirements.

• Ability to lift, move, and place cartons weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
