We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in public accounting or top-tier consulting firms who are looking to transition into a corporate environment with growth potential. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities across multiple entities.

• Perform full-cycle accounting functions including general ledger management and financial statement preparation.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage month-end close processes and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports across 35+ active entities.
• Support internal and external audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer service mindset.
• Collaborate closely with the Controller and other team members to drive process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle accounting; real estate and corporate accounting exposure preferred.
• Experience in public accounting or with a Big 4/top-tier firm is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Timberline/Sage 300 is preferred.
• Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and strong adaptability.

Salary Target: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus
