Cordia Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant. This role will be responsible for supporting the month-end close process and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in reconciliations and working with ERP systems. Experience in a large corporate environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
  • Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
    • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in a large company setting.
  • Strong reconciliation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
