Financial Reporting, Senior Accountant
Beacon Hill is seeking a Senior Accountant to support month-end close, general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong GAAP knowledge, experience preparing journal entries and financial statements, and the ability to analyze and resolve accounting variances.
Responsibilities- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
- Assist with audits and compliance requirements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and special projects
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
