Key Responsibilities:We're partnering with a well-established client in Arlington, VA to identify a reliable and experienced Office Manager to support daily operations and keep the office running efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a professional environment, a consistent schedule, and the opportunity to take ownership of administrative functions that are essential to the team's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily office operations including front desk coverage, supply inventory, and vendor coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related needs and service providers
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and support internal communications
- Assist with basic HR functions including onboarding coordination and maintaining employee files
- Process mail, track office expenses, and handle light reporting or invoicing as needed
- Maintain organized systems for digital and physical files
- Support leadership with special projects and confidential administrative tasks
- 3-5 years of experience in office management or senior administrative support
- Professional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with cloud-based tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience working in a fast-paced, professional office environment
