What You’ll Do

CEC is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to support DEA Human Resources operations by providing advanced administrative support to HR staff. This role ensures accurate documentation, coordination, and execution of routine HR administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to HR staff and leadership
  • Process and track HR correspondence and documentation
  • Maintain organized HR files, records, and tracking tools
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare and distribute HR reports and materials
  • Track administrative workflows and action items
Requirements
  • Two years of specialized experience equivalent to a Federal HR Administrative Support Specialist
  • Ability to perform a wide variety of routine administrative tasks supporting HR activities
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws
  • Experience using Federal HR and office systems (NFC, eOPF, MS Office Suite, USA Staffing, Empower

    HR, eQIP)
  • Strong attention to detail
